| So I'm starting back up after a shattered kneecap and I can barely run a mile let alone a quarter of it. And I hate the feel of feeling gross. I don't really have a gym nearby, I rather work out at home. The nutrition is pretty much almost set. But the work outs I'd want down. Any ideas to regain strength, endurance and anything else to tone up? Much appreciated! |

I would try to consult a physician and see what he/she says about nutrition. I wish you the best on you recovery. One bit of advice; no cheeseburgers  |
