rd 3. tran gets the hip toss and controls posistion against the cage. thus far this fight has been a battle for posistion but still exciting. cortez escapes out the back door, but is unable to escape from tran. cortez reverses but falls into trans triangle, tapping out half waythrough round 3

jonny buck vs joe heink

back and forth battle of jabs and heavy blows. with joe getting the better but buck looking to land big. buck gets a big slam and lands in full guard. joe pushes away and is able to stand both fighter back to slugging.buck capitalizes on a push trip and jumps into half guard. joei able to stand agian but not without punishment. buck pressure in aginst the cage, both fighters reture to center and agian slug it out. round ends after buck gets another takedown but is forced to defend a heel hook

another back and forth battle on the feet results in buck getting the take down and working n ground and pound from half guard. joe fights to his feet but only momentarlly before buck lifts him high and continues to drow elbows and punches. joe attemts multipule leg locks but buck defends easily. Buck controls the round landing small gnp

buck shoots into guard in the first few secounds. still more of the same in this round. positional dominance and strong gnp seals the deal as buck gets a clear judges decision.

first pro female bout: sarah schneider vs ivana coleman

ivana stalks her target,and lands two big overhands and then another.sarah tries to maintain the distance and is forced to shoot landing in ivanas full guard.
sarah reaches for a leg lock and gives ivana good position who is forced to then pull full guard. again sarah shoots for the leglock. sarah is determined to get the sub and as ivana pushes into top posistion sarah transistions nicely into the armbar for the win

amy davis v. meghan wright

two hotties enter the cage at a 105 lbs. wright pushes forward agressively but amy is able to easily grab a guilliotine and push into full mount. Meghan is forced to turn her back and amy lands unanswered blows, forcing the ref stoppage in only 1 min of the first round.

ediene gomez v leslie smith

gomes has a grapplers stiking while smith lands stiff jabs.gomez hits the double with a good slam. gomes f ights hard to pass half guard. gomez's strong top game and locks up a vicious heel hook but smith defends nicly. both fighter back to their feet now and the round ends as it began. A close round, I give the edge to smith but could go either way

smith paws jabs despite gomez' wish to return to the ground. gomez throws bombs in vain, the reach of smith is too much. both fighters headhunting now but not finding the target

deep double by gomez who applies the rape choke and looks to gnp, now trapping the arms. smith escapes to her knees but takes a big knee which looks to be illegal. the crowd boos what the ref didnt see as the round ends

both fighters look tired. gomez has some succes with leg kicks. they brawl and smith lands but is knocked down; gomez jumps on a deep armbar. smith looks to be finished but bravely fights out and the crowd erupts, now fully behind smith. more jabs from smith until gomez again gets a deep double and drags smith down. the final round ends in astalemate as smith plays full gaurd nicely.

Strong reactions from the crowd in support of leslie smith. UD for gomez, one judge scoring 30-27 as gomes gets the robbery.

chelsea colarell v patricia vidonic

crowd has thinned somewhat. both fighters explode with stiff crosses and trade knees and elbows. someone's getting knocked out if they dont tire first.

the pace slows but only for a moment. a stand up war of attrition. chelsea throws elbows with bad intent, pat gets the big takedown that will likely be the difference for the judges. The best round of the night comes to a close.

flashy kickboxing from chelsea but pat again puts her opponent firmly on her ass with a strong double. Pat reverses but is forced to defend a side choke and now an armbar. great escape by pat.

back and forth grappling. exciting performances by both. Pat scrambles her way into the rnc for a quick tap.

charmaine "not so sweet" tweet v. Anna Barrone

Perhaps this card was a little too deep, despite exciting fights much of the crowd has decided to turn in for the night.

Barrone lands a quick haymaker and drops tweet, who looked too calm with her hands down. the ref jumps in for a questionable stoppage in just 18 seconds.
